In this short video I share a tip of how to get a very important vitamin for free. That vitamin is vitamin D and it plays an important role in reducing systemic inflammation (inflammation throughout the body) and in keeping our muscles strong.
An easy way to make sure you get adequate amounts of vitamin D is to get out in the sun every day for 15 to 20 minutes. This will help you to decrease inflammation in your body and that will help to decrease the pain and also keep your muscles strong.
