In this video you’ll learn how to improve your posture WITHOUT the need for weights, resistance tubes, or any special equipment. By simply using your arms, you can target and strengthen the muscles in your mid back and prevent rounded shoulders.
By forming the letters YTWL with your arms while moving them backwards as far as possible, the middle back muscles are forced to contract. Over time this strengthens these muscles and helps to improve your posture.
This is very helpful for people who sit down for 8 hours every day. I recommend getting up every hour for at least 5 minutes and doing these exercises to counteract you rounded shoulders and slumped posture.
