May 3, 2015I am so happy that I found you by randomly searching for my Thoracic pain which I have been suffering with for 6 months.
I love your short but very informative videos, they are a life saver. I am a Pilates instructor and I live in London. I think your work is fantastic and you are an excellent Doctor that understands our Pain. Unfortunately I have been victim to a few road accidents in the past and therefore you are the Chosen one.
Many Thanks

April 29, 2016Hi Dr. I’m 52 and last May 2015 MRI showed I have spinal stenosis with a grade 1 spondy… I am somewhat back to my life although I do have sciatica and it make it hard to sit and sometimes sleep. I completed a physical theraphy program and it help with strength and confidence but I still have sciatica .. I’ve seen a surgeon who said tjhat to ” fix ” my back I would need a Fusion in my L4-5 … Because I’m able to move and function he said he was not recommending it at this time … That’s great but I want to be able to sit comfortably again…..
Any suggestions would be great..

October 14, 2016Hi Dr Guevara,
I have recently just come across your website while looking for help to relieve pain in my neck and shoulder. I am 34 & I have suffered for many many years with major neck problems, tmj and headaches, and have recently just found out that I have spasmodic torticollis. I am looking for any tips on how to mange my pain. I did see your video that contains a bit of neck stretching and found that even though it hurt at the time, it actually did help. Wondering if you have any more tips/exercises available to help manage my condition? Hope to hear back from you & thank you in advance 🙂
