In order to improve your posture, the muscle in the middle back and your posterior shoulders must be trained consistently. In this video I demonstrate 3 easy exercises you can do at home with 2 towels. What you'll be doing is placing 2 folded towels at the top of a door and using your own body weight to strengthen your middle and upper back.
Make sure you secure the towels properly between the door and the door frame so that they don't slip off. Also make sure you use a firm grip on the towels to avoid falling. When done properly and with caution, these exercises are very effective. Do these exercises at your own risk.
